She is a fabulous advocate for your own self-care and is realistic about progressive steps that can be taken to improve your sense of wellbeing (whether that is a decrease in pain, increased range in motion, an overall sense of peacefulness, or peak athletic performance).
Prepare your body for a deeply integrative form of massage using broad sweeping strokes, deep tissue techniques and Thai stretching elements creating a unique experience every time. Hope’s training includes: Gua Sha,Deep tissue, Swedish, Pre-natal (side-lying), Post-natal, Hot Stone, Raindrop Therapy, Reflexology, Chakra balancing (pendulum method), Aromatherapy massage, SMRT training, Soma Cupping, NMT (t-bars), and Table Thai. With well over a decade of experience, Hope will dig deep from her knowledgeable skill base to create a personalized massage experience for each individual; however, if you are curious about any one technique she offers, don’t hesitate to ask about having that incorporated specifically.
Working closely with Daniel, Hope is trained in the method of Gua Sha and is working regularly with Denver Athletes to assist them in attaining peak performance. Gua Sha can be a stand alone application lasting 30 minutes or can be added on to any of YAO’s other massages. Ask Hope about how she can incorporate the lymphatic stimulation ad-on or foot polish to deepen your bliss level on the YAO massage table.
